Laid out on ninety-seven whole acres along the Puget Sound Shoreline, Point Tacoma remains an attractive spot filled with great dining, shopping, outdoor activities and entertainment in the greater North Tacoma neighborhood.
Formerly a contaminated smelting facility, Point Ruston has been completely reinvented into Tacoma’s newest neighborhood. It’s designed to be a scenic waterfront village with great views of Commencement Bay, Mount Rainier, Olympic Mountains, Dune Peninsula Park, Point Defiance Park, and Ruston Way, among others.
With over fifty acres of open space and a mile-long water walk, Point Ruston remains one of the best places to experience the Pacific Northwest.
