Tacoma Housing Market Statistics: June 2021

We just wanted to check in and give a little update on some Tacoma housing market statistics. According to Redfin, we saw 586 homes sold in June this year, up from 451 last year. For the month of June, Tacoma home prices were up 26.4% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $455K. On average, we are seeing homes in Tacoma sell after just 5 days on the market compared to 7 days last year, which was pretty dang fast already!
